Drake Maye is a stud, he was the 50th overall recruit in the class. It's not far fetched at all that he becomes a first round pick if not a top 5 pick.

But yes I do think both he and Sam Howell are playing in a system that is helpful to QBs. Phil Longo is the OC at UNC.

But it's not like it's gimmicky or dink and dunk. Dude makes NFL throws on the regular.
 
I think Maye is a legitimate 1st round QB and is deserving of the hype, unlike Howell.

Looks like they don't. I had no idea if they did or didn't, but if they join the Big 12 they will instantly make the conference the mest basketball conference in the nation.

Especially at Ohio State. Their QBs look great in college but are terrible once they hit the NFL where the playing field has been evened out.

Yeah I won't hate on the guy just because Schmitty is drooling over him. He is probably going to get some hype for the draft starting after this year. I won't be shocked if he is a first round pick in like 2024. He actually has some NFL tools but that's still down the road a bit.
