I was a bit of a snob about The Stand since the book was so good but yeah I have watched it several times over. I am excited about The Talisman, but that could be just as shitty as The Dark Towers.

The Langoliers? Meh, never watched it. I vaguely remember reading it only once.
 
Im probably late to the party but was able to get Apple TV this past week and watched See and Black Bird. I enjoyed both series and put them on my list to watch again.

My wife has a cousin that talks like Larry Hall. I always feel for him as he was probably tortured as a kid because of that voice.

I don't think a Ripley or Sarah Connor could be pulled off now.

The character would be over the top and gross.

The thing that was so good about each character was their mama bear.
 
Anybody watch Black Bird and then torture their wife by using that voice?
 
Finally got around to watching the last season of Peaky Blinders.

The whole season was good. Hell, the whole series was good. And that last episode? Whooo... Nicely done. Keeps you guessing all the way through.
 
I remember that show when I was a kid because it was a cultural phenomenon, but I didn't watch it then. Started watching a few years ago on Cozi TV for fun and was surprised at how good it really was.

And yeah, the guest stars were crazy. I'd be like, wait, is that really Chris Rock? How young was he then?!?
