Well yeah forgot that the other qualification was that you have to be a Democrat. There is no integrity, instead she tries to dance around questions that she knows if she answers legitimately would upset Democrats. Which is why you get the "biologist" line. She knows she can't answer that reasonably without having the Democrats upset.

My thing is that nobody even pretended this time.

All in all, the current way the Supreme Court is structured needs to go.

Lifetime appointments are horrible.

I think they should be elected. Just like your local judges.

Hell Clarence Thomas' fucking wife was deep into the January 6th idiocy.

Yeah but the idea is once you're in that you're making decisions based on the law and not based on being elected again. If they are elected every so many years then they just become politicians and start make rulings based on politics and not based on the law.

But we cannot have 80 year old fucks in the Supreme Court.

They were all appointed with the same political issue you mentioned in the first place.

If there are elections or re-confirmation at some point, it should happen.

Can you imagine some of the old ass fucks trying to deal with the process again?

I have a problem with the whole way the Supreme Court is regarded.

Hell, they still do that stupid sketch thing with Supreme Court cases. Oh no, you will get a stupid drawing instead of live video of the 80-year old twitching, stammering and stuttering.

It should be on like Judge Judy so we know what they fuck these people are doing every day.

Yeah just make a maximum and minimum age requirement. Our local judges are forced into retirement at a certain age like 72 or something like that. Odds are you wouldn't hire an 80 year old employee for an important position, so why have them in the most important positions in this country. To me it's no different than a minimum age requirement.
