I find that most kids can understand the complexities of the Laffer Curve.

most kids are taught how to fill out a check or balance a checkbook (assuming those things still exist)
theyre not used anymore really. Its all Paypal, Venmo or Zelle nowadays.

This was your typical laugher back in the day.

Sundays were nice back then.

The shoulder pads were huge.

What’s refreshing about these older games is that players aren’t bitching every play, pantomiming and tantrum-throwing, for a PI flag, late hit, low hit, defenseless hit, helmet hit, or some other penalty.

I hate so much when QBs today bitch to the ref about helmet being grazed by a finger. But it was his thumb!!!

1995 is when Troy switched to that facemask in that thumbnail.

he wore it in 1990 as well

IIRC, he wore it after Wilber Marshall concussed him with that vicious helmet to chin on that long TD pass to protect his chin with stitches. Also switched chinstraps to the heavier padded one, too.

Not sure why he switched face masks in 1995 but it was probably something for concussions, too.

Do you mean the hit he took in Arizona his rookie year? He switched to the Marino version shortly after that to finish out the year.
