I dry them really well, season and then put them in the fridge to dehydrate more. Smoking them dry is key to get some crisp.

Season with garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt and curry powder.

I like to toss them in minced garlic, butter and then any flavor you want.

Excellent all around.
