Ok here is a breakdown of what she is trying to do though I don't get how she could since the precedence she is using is a race that ended in a tie-

Yeah it's kind of confusing. I still don't see what standing she has to do what she is when the other election ended in a tie and hers didn't

apparently hers was just a 6 vote differential (rather amazing)

Did the other one really end in an exact tie (even more amazing)?

Yes it did, and hers ended down 6 votes AFTER a hand recount and has been certified. And instead of going the legal challenge way she is appealing to the House to overturn it which imo shows she knows she has legally lost

I don't see how the house can overturn a lawful election. If so why can't they do that to every Republican who won?

I don't get it either, she's using a race that ended in a tie as her precedent even tho hers ended down 6 votes. If Pelosi does overrule it (and I don't think she will) it would be a straight up power move to overturn an election. And they don't refuse to seat elected officials because we would do the same when we hold the majority

Not sure what this action presents as to the connotations of the order. It has the initial feel of having to do with the Biden’s and China or on the other side of the spectrum is the possible reservations of the mental stability of the President elect. Either way it is apparently something significant for this individual to place his neck in a possible noose.
 
I thought I heard they were only suspending it until after the holidays.

Well, as long as the media says it, it has to happen, right? Fuck our democracy. Just give in and take it. You know, like the Republicans have for 20 years. I am starting to hate this party set up. There have been big calls for a new party and I think it is high time. The Patriot Party sounds it is gaining steam.
 
The Post is a conservative paper though and I think it makes a good point.

They haven’t demonstrated anything. They had their chance. Time to move on.
