Yeah I expect this to be a spot where we find a special teamer at some point. I like Gifford too.
 
We're only going to have 2 LB's on the field probably 65-70% of the time, so I consider Lee a backup. With that in mind I'm more than comfortable with guys like Thomas/March/Gifford as the 4th-6th LB's, plus Bernard or whoever.

I wish we knew right now that LVE will make it through the season, if he cant we're kinda hosed. And as much as I like Gifford, seems he couldn't stay on the field either.

Yea, if LVE continues to have issues with his neck LB would be near the top of my need list next year.

Bring him back, don't bring him back, doesn't matter at this point.

Right now we have a four man rotation on the inside with Poe/McCoy/Gallimore and Crawford kicking inside in nickel/dime.

Anybody/anything else is just depth in case shit happens.

It's unfortunate that Woods has faded out. He did a really good job in 18'. At the beginning of that season I was thinking we had lucked into a legit run stuffing 1 tech.

From what I've heard, he has the ERFA offer in front of him but he's chosen not to sign it to this point. Seems to be a formality at this point.
