Ok I don’t know much about him. I’m gonna look him up.

He is actually a very solid tackler too. Maybe a bit in the Bob Sanders mold where he has a ton of talent but I worry how his body will hold up.

I'm sort of hoping for Winfield instead. He has the bloodlines and is a stud ballhawk. Only concern I have with him is his size and injuries. He had like 7 picks this past season. Which would be huge for us.

Another safety I have really started to like is Kyle Dugger. He is from the FCS, but that dude can play. All these guys mentioned here plus Chinn, Burgess and Davis. There are some good safeties at the top that could step in from day one and help us.

Hell I'm so happy we didn't take Terrell that I'd be cool with Gladney, Diggs, Johnson or Igbinoghene in the second round. I think all of them are of a similar talent level to what we saw go in the first after Henderson.

Two Big 12 LBs going in the first round...

I keep trying to tell people that it's a myth that the Big 12 doesn't play defense. We just have had some incredibly talented QBs paired with some of the games best offensive minded coaches.

The SEC finally got a good batch of QBs and offensive coaches in the league last year then all of a sudden their defensive numbers took a huge dip. Funny how that happens when teams aren't running 25 year old offensive schemes built on the "3 yards and a cloud of dust" foundation.

I would prefer if one of the top safeties or Dlinemen were there, but I wouldn't mind any of those guys, either. They are good players.

I'm not one of the fuck cornerback guys. You need good corners to have a good defense. There should be a good defender for us in the 2nd.
