reporter is the wrong term. Fantasy football fan is more accurate.

I don't think viewing the savings like that gives you an accurate view. When you consistently save a few million here and there, it adds up to more flexibility later.

I'm being somewhat faceitous but in all seriousness I have 0 faith that they'll use the savings for anything truly impactful.

Extend their own, sign a few Olawales in FA, look for a discount on a functional vet who is past their prime, etc.
 
Sad to remember they traded for Olawale. Though I get what you mean

Yeah, you're probably right. I thought maybe things would change with the new regime but it's business as usual.

I already had the thought in passing when I saw the Dak rumors. I imagined them thinking "mission accomplished" once they got Poe done, now they're just focusing on Dak and if they get that done it's nap time until the draft.
