Gameday Chatter Thread | Texans v. Cowboys | - 8/29/13

Just a bunch of bad players on the field for Dallas.

And Webb just got schooled by a white guy who will be unemployed tomorrow.

People laugh at games like this but I will say one thing...I think it shows who has the better eyes for talent. Our bottom of the barrel really is that.

That means everyone in the front seven is doing jack and shit.

thank god none of our starters are injury prone
:picard

I am warming up to Bryant, but his interviews are still painful.

I guess Tanney is intentionally looking like complete garbage so nobody picks him up.

Yeah, that's it.

Gosh...we better not cut Tanney, someone might just pick him up.

Votes please for breakout performance of the night.

Man if we had a team of Dez Bryant we could get something done. The man sounds hungry and ready for the season.

With he and Lee, this team has finally got some heart.

Is it me, or does it always feel like we have the worst backups in football?

That's what happens when you

1) Don't know how to draft in the middle and late rounds, and
2) Trade multiple picks for CBs.

Our lines are weak. It makes everything behind them look worse.

So not only are we ignoring the lines and getting poor production at those spots as a result, but the better production we'd be getting out of all the resources we've been pouring into LB and CB are mitigated and we get pennies on the dollar because they aren't protected by the line like they need to be.

It's a moronic way to build, sinking resources into positions who are less effective without the structure in front of them.
