Test...

Yeah, sucks that any person might die at an early age, but I couldn't stand the guy. Hopefully, I will get to continue not standing him for longer.

No, he's not gonna make it.

Shango said his brother is going to pull the plug on his life support soon.

Didn't know the guy at all, but it's sad for anyone to lose their life, especially that young.

His site was cool for random stuff you might have missed on the Cowboys.

If ever they did a segment on them on NFL Live or Total Access, you could guarantee it would be on his site.

Aside from that, he used to call in to radio stations all across the country to talk Cowboys football. Specifically when I was in Texas, I remember he used to call into the ESPN station out of Waco during their midday show. He had his own weekly segments. I want to say he appeared every Friday around 11:30.

On top of that there have been a couple of times where I've been listening to the NFL channel on satellite radio and he'd call in.

That dude is the true definition of fanatic.

This is sad, but one of the comments to her is even sadder:

All these people who are doing the ice bucket challenge is great and all, but with the challenge you are supposed to donate.

Looking forward to the Hot Mayo Challenge where you squirt room temperature mayonnaise on your lower back. It's for AIDS awareness.

Good week for me, gents.

My 19 year old son made the asvab score he needed for the job that he wanted.

My freshman son moved from
private to public school and is now sitting at the #2 QB spot in the varsity team.

Good times. In so ready to watch a bunch if jr high, high school and college games this year. It is the first year in many that I am not coaching.

So by doing the ice bucket challenge you just draw attention to yourself and don't donate to ALS charities. FAIL

I think regardless you are supposed to donate...if you do it you are supposed to donate 10 and if you don't it is 100.

You aren't drawing attention to yourself, you're drawing attention to the cause.

My mother passed away from ALS 14 years ago so any attention drawn to a disease that people generally dont want to even talk about is appreciated by me at least.

Not saying anything negative about it, but for example...when Garrett did it he did not mention once about ALS...he mentioned that it was fun and then challenged Kelly and Gruden to do it, so it would not make them uncomfortable. Not the intent of the challenge IMO.

That I agree with. People should keep the spirit of the challenge intact instead of just making it a game.

I understand what you are saying and I do agree. My wife says the same thing about this. I just know that ALS is not at the forefront of peoples minds like the others. You have to get it out there first so maybe we can get an ALS telethon or such.
