New Banner and Skin

Just so you guys are aware, we have installed a new banner and skin for the board. You will have to go to the bottom of the Forums page and change the skin to Eloquent Blue to see the board in its new digs. We are trying to spruce up the place a bit, and these were the first steps towards that goal.
