2026 Random Cowboys Stuff Thread...

[Chocolate Lab]

yeah it’s attributed to him. But I think it’s more of a legend than an actual quote.

He actually said it, though... Funny guy

I'm sure there'll be some growing pains, but he needs to let the OC call the offense and he needs to divide his time among the special teams, defense, and offense. When you've earned a HC role, you're doing your team a great disservice when you're still trying to wear the OC visor. Unless you're just a proven badass, which in this case is just simply not the case, you should be the "walk around" leader...not the underpaid guy trying to do 2 jobs...fucking Jerry Jones, I swear!

When you've earned a HC role

Sorry, but that's a bit of a stretch.

NO… Witten needs to become a coordinator at this level before I hand the reigns to show to him . I’m a big fan of him coming aboard in some role but not directly to HC.

This could be what finally breaks Jerry.

I know that man has incredible resolve when it comes to putting a brave face forward despite his personnel decisions blowing up in his face, but this could be the one loss that breaks him.

Or it could put the idea that him being on the sideline w/headphones is ok to do.

Choke yourself.

I thought so too, and grew up thinking he did. But supposedly there's no proof of it.

Though he did say, "We can't stop the pass, or the run. Otherwise we're in great shape".
