What a tough, tough loss that was.

I can't remember the last time I was this proud of the players in a loss but I have no complaints with the majority of the guys today.

Defensively we've got holes all over the place but what we saw out there today wasn't due to a lack of effort. And there were guys like Quinnen Williams and Kenny Clark who played much better than they had been up to this point.

And there aren't enough superlatives to describe how good Barham was today.

So I think they did everything they possibly could as players to win that game.

But the coaching blunders made by of all the coordinators and the HC just inexcusably bad for an NFL level staff.

But it's not really about cost now, is it? This is about hiring the type of coaches that will allow you and your family to remain comfortable and continue to involve yourselves in matters that should be left to actual experts.

Sean McVay and Andy Reid could offer themselves to the Cowboys tonight for the low price of 100K per season but under the condition that they get full control of football matters and Jerry would not hire them.
 
If we could ever get a fucking knuckleball kickoff right that last drive is prolly five yards further away. Instead they could only trust kicking it out of the endzone

I don't think they envisioned Bmore being that aggressive with 7 seconds left

I have to agree to disagree here

Those couple of stuffs of Henry don't cover for the lack of pressure or ineffective coverage hand offs (again) all game long.

The only reason the yardage stats aren't more severe is the amazing field position our special teams kept handing over.
 
This team lacks the guts to finish off a team or game ….play calling was atrocious inside the redzone … and Dak looked very uncomfortable and panicked..
 
On that last play... Shouldn't you be coached to just not let him score? It doesn't even matter if he catches the ball and runs around. He doesn't have time to run out of bounds from the middle of the field. If he runs just one more second the clock expires.

I'm not upset about the loss, the issue is we have a Garrett caliber HC and we're in purgatory again until he's gone.

There is plenty of blame to go around with various players, but the HC was going braindead from the first drive (passing twice in a row from the 1 yard line after just ripping off several big runs in a row) and the odd shit we see with the offense is largely on his play calling and amateur clock management.
 
So, basically, the University of Michigan stole a second of time from us. The universe can be a very cruel mistress.
