When Stowers and Lemon end up being...lemons, I think people will start to realize that Roseman isn't actually much of a talent evaluator/drafter.
His superpower is being aggressive at the right time in terms of making bold trades (Wentz, Brown) or FA signings (Barkley), but in the draft he's exceedingly average and I think very dependent on having the right coaches in place to find scheme fits (Stoutland, Fangio).
I'm going to be very curious to see how he navigates rebuilding that OL without Stoutland over the next 2-3 years.
