Isn’t this a pre-trial hearing? At what point do you do you decide that there’s enough evidence to proceed? Fuck he’s guilty as hell.

It's actually a preliminary hearing. Which I guess I don't know the specific rules where this is taking place. Here preliminary hearings are just probable cause hearings. When the evidence is overwhelming or obvious we just waive them. But not sure on the rules there.

That's what it is. The judge won't rule until Sept 1 when they give final arguments. Why the long delay between now when he's just heard and seen everything and then?

That's just what Benny said in the video. I'd seen some of the kooks earlier claiming that the video was so blurry that it wasn't really showing anything but obviously this was clear enough to be sure it was Robinson.

I'm not sure what you were suggesting and now I'm curious. :lol

Nothing. First off, if the video is that clear and shows something so terrible they had to kick the media out to show it, why are we having to have a preliminary hearing? Why waste the time? And, that doesn't even factor in the 5 weeks between this hearing and the judge's decision.

The second point is, they are saying the videos are so clear they show him actually shooting the gun, no? I mean, Poso said, “You see him take the shot.”. If they could see it that clearly how is it that the security detail never even saw him at all? How was there a camera trained onto the roof where he took the shot? Cameras are very rarely pointing at roofs, especially roofs with no roof access point. How did no cameras catch him getting off the roof or stashing the gun? It all just seems kinda off to me. Maybe I'm overthinking it, but this all just smells bad.

He admitted in court he did it. He admitted in text he did it. There is apparently video of him actually pulling the trigger. Yes, Candace, there is overwhelming evidence he did it. Jesus Christ.
