I don't trust players that are only healthy in a contract year. I would want contractual assurances.
 
Unless Overshown is a Pro Bowler this year I'm fine moving on, assuming Winters looks half decent.

I have no interest in giving him a big deal after all the injuries and then hiring Mughuleta like a grubby little asshole.

He's also going into his 11th year. Doubt he has many more up years left in him.

Like Wagner and to a lesser degree Clowney, you have to play these guys like weapons you hold mostly in reserve, not lead with.

They simply can't take a constant beating like they used to, but have bigtime skill and talent to apply surgically.

I'd like at least one of the three to lend veteran perspective to both the young talent on the field and quite honestly to a still new coach up in the booth.
 
I don't remember him much and I think Troy is underrated, but Roger.
 
So he's like 11-15... and I'd say more the bottom end of that. Okay.
