Well yeah but that’s most guys. A rotation is key these days, there are no more Emmitt Smiths or LaDanian Tomlinson or Adrian Petersons.

Javonte is still criminally underrated.

Pats have huge leverage like you said, so they'd be idiots not to shrink this down as much as possible.

There's a good chance these teams draft really close to each other, so pick swapping works in the Pat's favor big time.

Eagles prolly want the equivalent of a 4th and the Pats prolly don't want to go higher than a 5th equivalent.

It's like Jerry making it clear Cooper is out no matter what. Of course you're not getting a premium pick when you do that.
 
Eagles aren't going to get much, it might be something like the Eagles getting a 2028 1 and the Pats getting Brown and a 2028 2.

Roseman might try to win the headline by going for additional picks in 2029 even, but there is a 0% chance that a 2027 1 is on the table in any form or fashion.
