Let's get back to talking about how much of a grill snob bbgun is.

Carry on.

Heard ya the first time, booze.
Not real sure how that happened, tbh. I was going to take off the it not being a fire pit because they may call them fire pits instead of grills. I guess it posted the first one I tried to delete and I didn't realize it had posted.

I've used those grills numerous times. Clean them well, and it should be no problem. Fire's gonna kill any kind of ick that might still be lingering.

Apparently @bbgun is a grill snob.

Granted, a communal fire pit is not ideal. And there is a thing called foil if you have an issue with cleanliness.

I can remember my family using them when I was a child. Personally I've never used one. But parks don't seem the same as they were when I was a child.

We have a few here that are still like that, but not very many.

We have some awesome parks here but when we go for the most part its just kids on the playgrounds or people walking around. There aren't big family functions like I remember us having when we were growing up.

The parks I remember as a kid had a lots of picnic tables and benches, normally next to a grill. You don't see that many picnic tables in parks anymore. Or at least not here. There are some good parks here, but not very many.

It’s Lubbock. There aren’t any good anythings anywhere in Lubbock.
