I am in this damn shitty airport BBQ restaurant and they are playing very bad country but there is no dork on a stage. It clearly was recorded at some concert. Yet this broad with distressed hair is clapping along with the pretend audience. Jesus.

My brother's daughter had a baby this evening. His first grandbaby and my first grandnephew. My god we are getting old. I was able to make it to the hospital before she delivered so I got to see him. I'm going to spoil the shit out of that child.
 
When I was drinking I would have never gone up to the hospital in a situation like that because I was a selfish motherfucker. Now, I have some time and memories to make up and that started a little over 6 months ago. I can tell you, it feels good, man. And I'm not above admitting I am pretty choked up right now.
 
So, me and my brother were planning to go have lunch today when his ex showed up to the hospital to sit with HER OWN DAUGHTER. That lazy sack of shit still hasn't shown up to relieve him. I guess she thought she completed her parental duty by being there for a couple of hours last night. Fucking piece of shit. This is the same woman that just gave up her kids (3 of them not even my brother's kids) to my brother because she didn't want to be bothered having to raise them. Motherfucker, she is a fucking worthless human.

Sorry, rant over. Just really pisses me off that anyone could do shit like this to their own kids. Especially one that JUST HAD YOUR FUCKING GRANDCHILD!
