2026 NFL Draft Chatter

Dude, it's Broaddus. He is prone to dumbassery hyperbole.
Yep. We're to the point in the process where all the big names have been discussed ad nauseum so these guys have to go to new angles and new names for content. (I still like Lawrence, though.)

You mean like projecting trade scenarios where we only give up 12 and 92 to move to 3? Yes, we are at that time of year again.

I like Lawrence, but in no world is he a better rusher than Bailey. And really not even Methusidor or Howell. I haven't watched much of Thomas so I don't know about him.

I think he's similar to Howell, remember that Texas A&M often had huge leads and Howell had more talent around him, drop Lawrence in that same situation and he could've easily put up 10 sacks.

I agree with that. I think they are both phenomenal players who win in different ways.

He's not better than the top 2-3 guys but as a pure edge rusher he's probably one of the best/most explosive in the class.

Pretty poor against the run though and I think he's a 3-4 OLB only.
I thought that until I watched the Arizona State kid eat his lunch and then popped his girlfriend for good measure.

Is Jane aware that it's 2026 and she can get an ebook version of the this?

I mean it would be pretty cool to keep an electronic version from each year to go back and reference players down the road. But paper seems like too much work.

Speaking of player references....

Has anyone every bothered to check the accuracy of Brugler's player evals 2-4 years post-draft?

I usually pick up Phil Steele's CFB mag each year and he spends a good amount of time patting himself on the back for stuff he got right or was close on.

I always wonder that about all these guys. You can have the best writeups and the most followers, but how accurate are you really?
