Cowboys Nostalgia Thread

Little twerp from Baylor. Everyone could instantly recognize he was too small.

I was supposed to be at that game. I still have my tickets somewhere

My dad took my brother and I to a game on our tenth birthdays. Unfortunately my brother got the short end of the stick on his game.

Ron Francis was great, you guys are crazy.

My wife was doing some cleaning and organizing and ran across this parking pass from 2006. (she keeps everything) I didn't even realize we still had it. This was a game that @Rev and I went to, along with our girls.

We lost.

Found this looking for the RW Boom video. Forgot Jimmy was on ESPN then.

Whoa, I guess I had memory-holed that too.
I was actually in the car listening on the radio that draft and apparently it was a lot more obvious there than on TV that someone said, "Dallas has passed their pick" when those dummies almost forgot to get the trade down into the league in time. I was losing my mind when I heard that.

Some people seem to have forgotten just how good Roy was at the beginning. He was my favorite player in the early 2000s until he fell off the cliff.

He was such a stud. One of the best college players I'd ever seen up to that point, and I wasn't an OU fan then.

It's weird to think one of the most physical players in the league was a Cowboy. Even our (rare) best defensive players since then like Ware or Sean Lee weren't hard hitters.

I dunno how y’all still remember him fondly.

It was nothing but some woo hits and a bunch of goddamn excuse making from that guy.
