The thing about Bailey that impresses me the most is his burst. He can not even be in frame going after the QB and in just a blink have his arms around the QB. It's incredible.

I mean, it's the Jets. They're dumb enough to do anything.
 
My thoughts with stuff like this are, great, but a good scout could always see those things in game tape and watching them live.

Now that won't work with bad scouts. There are always people who aren't good at their job. But good ones could see this.

I agree but it does seem useful for a small school guy because the competition can deceive you.

I get that, but they talk about power against mass. If the competition isn't good, I don't see how those numbers matter as much even if they weigh the same. Larry Allen's 330 obviously isn't the same as Obese Walmart Dude's 330.
 
This is random, but the 2013 draft is on the NFL channel and I couldn't remember who we drafted that year so I looked.

Damn, those early 2010s years were some bad drafts. Even when we hit on the first like with Frederick.
 
I'm sorry but Mendoza being at the draft doesn't make the draft any better for anyone other than the wives that like to watch the red carpet hour before the draft starts.
