2026 Draft Boards, Position Rankings and Mocks

If the offensive players available are so great, why is no one willing to trade up?

The big 6 were all gone. Traded 12 to Cleveland for 24, 39, and 146. If I was forced to stay at 12, I would have taken McCoy or Theineman. Was pretty surprised McCoy was still there at 20. I'd bet there is zero chance of that happening on draft day. Had a choice between Crawford and Height at 92. I'm ok with either there, but basically just took Crawford to spite @Cotton. I already took porn stache for him. Didn't want to go back to back. He might think I was flirting.

The Jeremiyah Love draft. I traded down twice with 20, trying to get some 2nd/3rd rounders and a couple next year picks. Felt a little sick to my stomach after taking love, but was lucky enough to piece together a decent draft.

I wonder if in Jerry's reptilian brain he wants an edge rusher early to sort of "replace" Micah.

Or, that same lizard brain could convince himself Eze is already that guy.

I hope it's the first because I want an athletic edge early and don't care what the motivation is.
Maybe that’s reptilian brain but it is also the blind squirrel finding a nut. Edge rusher is vital.

I'd rather trade down a few spots and pick up picks. We could still get really good players and we need more than 1. In the most redcent mocks I've played at, I was able to trade with Baltimore at 14 and still choose between Bains and Downs.

It would be incredible value but I'm not sure if I'd do it.

Based on his mock McCoy would have been there at 12, but he's kind of polarizing so let's say we maybe would have taken Thieneman at 12. Then at 92 maybe a guy like Height is there.

So it's just Bailey vs Thieneman plus Height. (Or for the pedants, whatever players are your version of that.)

I'm not sure just Bailey helps us as much as 2 good players given the state of this defense.

I think McCoy is going to be elite.
He was a playmaker before he got hurt, though a lot like Parsons you’ve gotta project without a senior season. His speed and reaction time— he looks to have “it”

Coming out of his breaks in drills at the Tenn pro day… he looked damned good. That’s only drills, but damn he is quick and decisive.

A truly elite cornerback is a really tempting target because they can disguise so much bullshit.

Trade up with CLE scenario since trade up seems to be the click bait on Youtube at the moment.

No LB help.

If we trade up using both firsts. we might as well kiss the starting LBer goodbye. The third rounder will be like waiting to be lucky.
