Why does a judge have any say at all in health related matters?

Exactly. A large part of the problem is these judges have their opinions and then find a legal justification for it after, which is backwards.

How does no one at all hold them accountable? If that were my city tax dollars I would be furious. I would be probably be at every city council meeting. Hell, it makes me angry because I know some of those dollars are federal.

One party state and city. They don't care if you know as long as you don't have any power to stop them.

But yeah, any federal money should be stopped if at all possible (it may not be).

Make the people suffer. Then blame the Republican party for the suffering. Wash rinse and repeat. It's the same old playbook time and time again by the Democrats. Unfortunately it works far too often.

This is a perfect scenario for them. It'll have a major impact on the economy, and they can blame it all on Trump.
