Kind of feels like it was a disadvantage for his team to still be in the playoffs. Either way, I think he will make a great DC someday. No rush for the young man. But I think he may have been our DC if he could have done a second interview at the same time as everyone else.
 
Very surprising hire, I thought it'd be Leonhard or maybe Weaver.

If I had to guess Leonhard will probably just stay in Denver for another year, maybe there's a chance he goes to a premium spot like SF.

He might think that if they have another good year on defense, he can get some HC interviews as soon as next year.
