Durde seems to get a lot of props as sort of a hot up and coming name. When he was in Dallas I really had no idea that he was that well thought of as a coach.
The internal stuff is bullshit in my opinion. Just a team giving a favor to some assistant coaches to help improve their profile. Cleveland can't really come out of this thing promoting one of their assistants.

Going from fired as offensive coordinator to head coach in the NFL is always a funny process to me. But I also don't think he should have been fired and it appears as though other NFL teams agree.
