Yeah exactly. You have to replace good people with good people. I didn't think Zimmer was bad necessarily and of course McCarthy has a lot of respect for him so it was an easy sell. But regardless we don't seem to have taken our DC searches the past couple years as seriously as maybe we should have.

It was horrendous the first few games with Parsons other than the Browns game. Zimmer did a good job adjusting things after he came back though which is more than we can say for Eberflus.
 
Asked about Wino ST Coach, Jerry said we like Sorenson but he (Jerry) is pissed at the penalties and production there. Jerry was on ST in college and knows if you're good enough to play offense or defense, you can play good ST.
