But it can literally munch all the data, cross reference personnel at where they are at this point in their careers, and look at every game every candidate coached… ever … back through college and maybe even HS

AI can generate the ideal criteria and match the best fitting coaches, while given a little time and training one or more machine learning models can refine that search

But whoever they find might have a decent enough QB, WR, and pass rushers to start with
