Remember "all in"?

I'm just saying, let's wait and see, it wouldn't be the first time Jerry was full of shit.

You're saying he might be straight up lying about keeping all 3 past this year?

I'd be pretty surprised, I could see it not lasting past 2026 but I'd be surprised if they got rid of Clark after this year.

Yeah I just don't think he would say it and then turn around and do the opposite. This isn't some ambiguous statement that "we are going all in" where it's open for interpretation. Saying you can keep all 3 guys is exactly what it is. Now who knows, Jerry may spin it later and claim he said that he "could" keep all 3 guys but decided it was better to spend the money on Pickens or some bullshit.

I do think he'll keep all three DTs... I think it's more likely Pickens isn't back if his agent makes some crazy demands.

I fully believe we will franchise him if necessary. I'm worried that it could get really messy doing that and it ends up with him being traded. Which is unfortunate if it happens for both sides. Because I think Pickens could be special in Dallas. And he may end up with a team like the Steelers where his career is wasted. And obviously for Dallas he has come through in the clutch this year so many times. You take Pickens away and we have no shot at the playoffs this year.

I think you guys underestimate how much Jerry will want to keep guys like Pickens and Clark to validate the trades he's made.

The only reason Parsons got traded is because it became extremely personal and toxic, unless Pickens goes scorched Earth like that he isn't going anywhere.

I agree. We will at least have one more year of Pickens needing to perform for a top contract before things get nasty. It might be easier after that when they let Clark walk and use his money for part of the Pickens contract

Or just get Clark to take a pay cut given he has no dead money left in 2027. Given his age I bet they could get him to go down to like 10-12/year.

This and also the manner in which he stated how Williams was a steal for him as well.

The trades have shown him on the winning side so far and he would love to make it his ending signature.

I watched part of it and it is pretty decent.

I am glad it picked up after Kneeland's death.

Let me clarify a little bit. I think we're probably going to resign Pickens although I think it's very far from guaranteed. I think we'll probably keep the 3 DTs but it's very far from guaranteed.

But I certainly don't believe Jerry has "finally learned after 30 years" or whatever nonsense we're getting sucked into believing lately.

This is the same guy who thinks all in means doing absolutely nothing, and Dak friendly means putting the entire burden of the offense on him since he makes so much.

I think we're getting way too sucked in by the bullshit coming out of his mouth.

I don't think he's learned anything but that interview snipper made more sense than almost anything I've ever heard him say.

I also subscribe to the fact that he is going to keep all 3 DTs because they justify and make the Parsons trade look better.

Pickens is sort of the same thing but that's more about a contract and those can go south as we saw with Parsons. But that's kind of rare for Jerry. Not sure he will want the look of Super Agent winning against him again.

That is it. Murray has inherited the video that kept Lynn Scott employed.

A deep pull from 20-25 years ago

I think Jerry has proven immune to almost any damning video. Dude has been caught literally posing with whores. It has to be bestiality or pedophilia.
