You can be creative with Blue if you want to be. He actually can do some of what Turpin does in terms of motion and running from unconventional spots because he is a hell of a receiver. I don't know if we will be creative like that. But he can do stuff besides just spell Jevonte. Which he can do too. Just gives you so much more of a weapon than Sanders.

5-7 from Sanders is actually a really good outcome, I usually expect 2-4.

Yeah when Ferg gets 5-7 on those boots I actually feel decent. It's just setting us up for second or third down to be an easy conversion. Too often he get's literally 0-1 yards.
 
The coordinators did PCs this week and Adams was asked about Nate Thomas. Said -- paraphrasing but pretty close to a direct quote -- they had the plan to get him in for a certain series (when he went in for Steele) because they said, "this guy is going to play at some point, so when he ends up making his first start, let's not make that the first time he's been in a game."

Except for a while there, he was getting them routinely on 3rd and 10+

Got hurt twice in preseason and now he pulls this.

He's probably a little soft, and definitely a clown.

Just draft Love with one of our many 1's next year and put Blue out to pasture.

Love and Williams could be a Gibbs/Montgomery-like duo.
