Like most things I think it's a combination of Dak being fine, but not great, and that he needs a WR counterpart who is at least good or better at that particular aspect to be able to make it work.

For whatever reason Lamb doesn't seem to have a great feel for it, but Gallup did and I think Pickens is an even better version of Gallup, so I expect to see it working this year.

The problem when you only have Lamb on offense is that Dak forces the ball to Lamb. Dak had no one else to rely on. Pickens should help correct that assuming he doesn't go cray cray. Now if the defense focuses on Lamb, you have Pickens likely facing 1 on 1 coverage. And Pickens can feast on that. We needed that. Especially when in recent history our run game wasn't something that could be relied upon.

Then we get a 3rd round comp after getting a great season out of him. I don't give a single fuck about players acting like an idiot in the press after they leave. Accomplishes absolutely nothing but make themselves look stupid. Dallas is not the only team that has players cry on their instagram account.
