It's what Madden used to call a championship drive. Halftime lead, go on a 3rd quarter drive that takes half of the third quarter off the clock, score a touchdown. We used to do it in the playoffs all the time. Squeeze the life out of the clock and the will out of your opponent.

Rotel came from extreme northeast border. He's more of a Cajun or some such if he has never heard it called that.
 
And, again, I don't think I have ever eaten cheese dip that didn't have Rotel in it. Add sausage. sure. Beef? That works. But, always Rotel.
