Arkansas DE Landon Johnson
Arkansas WR Andrew Armstrong
Arkansas S Jayden Johnson
Syracuse LB Justin Barron

Sometimes I forget he is even in this draft. Funny a year ago we were pondering if he could be the Cowboys first round pick. Now he is an after thought in this draft.
He fell off the face of the Earth this year. Cost him a crap ton of money

Mykel Williams
Jalon Walker
Tyrion Ingram-Dawkins
Malaki Starks
Nazir Stackhouse
James Pearce Jr.
Omar Norman-Lott
TJ Sanders
Demetrius Knight
Kyle Kennard
Nick Emmanwori

Primarily front 7, which will hopefully be the focus.

Why you gotta start your list with Mykel Williams? Are you just trying to terrify me? But yeah those schools have lots of talent, so not shocking we would have coaches there.

It would be the height of idiocy to take a so-so QB prospect now, with another 4 years left on Dak's deal. It'd be one thing if it was an amazing opportunity with a guy who falls, but Ewers in the 2nd is just kind of meh.

But the real idiocy of it is that you have 4 years left on Dak's deal, the rookie would have a 4-year deal as well, so you're in a position where you basically have 0 years of a rookie QB contract to give you max cap flexibility.

If the rookie works out you're going straight from Dak's deal (with whatever dead cap) to an extension for the rookie.

I agree, unless you don't think Dak is going to last 4 years. If you think you have another Romo with injuries reaching a tipping point than I kind of get it. But not with Ewers.

I'm hopeful that he won't even make it to us in the 2nd since there are so many QB-needy teams who likely won't get one in the first, i.e. Raiders, Saints and Jets.
