I have to say there is something that feels good about a special RB. Hell even in Zeke's early career I loved watching that dude dominate games. And obviously there is a great history with RBs here in Dallas.

Hopefully we can find that guy in the draft this April because I'd love to have special at RB again.

Interestingly, TD never won a single season rushing title, yet was still #5 all time as of 2003 and #8 in 2015.

Landry ran a regular rotation of backs, he did not care. The one guy I never understood was Doug Dennison. He was like the Rico Dowdle of that time, except he got 500 yards or something. Well, Laidlaw too.

Robert Newhouse was underrated. He got a rep as a short yardage guy after Tony arrived, but Newhouse could also run the ball well in the open field
