It's part of the communist playbook. They try to sew discord to destabilize society and enable their insidious doctrine to take root. The issue itself isn't important to them, just so that we're divided.

To be clear, I doubt Noah himself is full blown communist. But he's definitely a useful idiot who allowed the seeds of discord to do infiltrate his thought process.

To me it sounds like he's talking more about immigration rather than desegregation... Chinese stay in China, Italians stay in Italy, Germans stay in Germany, Spaniards stay in Spain, etc. Where he is missing the mark is even in Africa, blacks from different countries there vary differently from one another in many aspects of their cultures.
