I'm not sure Deion was ever a serious idea. They talked on the phone for publicity for both of them. There was never even a real interview.

I wonder if Stephen shoved him up against a wall in anger and told him how it was. Maybe someone should call it in as elder abuse.

It happened the first time with Deion, maybe it happened with the second. Seriously though Fischer doesn't know anything. But it also wouldn't shock me if this is the way it went. Stephen has always been the cheap one. Again, even going back to the days when he was pissed off that Jerry signed Deion. So no it wouldn't shock me if Stephen wants the cheap option of the guy everyone is buddies with inside the building as opposed a candidate like Deion that Stephen knows would trump his opinion with regards to Jerry. I'm sure Stephen would feel very threatened by Deion. Because Jerry would pick Deion over Stephen when it comes to opinions on what to do.

There is no threat like that with BS.

This really makes no sense to me. If that's what's happening why would it take until Friday?

But I wouldn't put it past Jerry to try to time the shit for maximum exposure. Even though every person will fucking hate it and most of the reaction will be negative. And frankly I hope the media people are honest and don't sugar coat this bullshit up to make Jerry feel better. I want them to sodomize him for what he is doing. Metaphorically speaking of course.

Eh, usually it's announced and they hammer out the small shit on a contract pretty quickly after. But the Cowboys do nothing quickly. Frankly I don't want this done at all so I could give a shit less if it takes longer. I guess it gives us all hope for an extra day or two that it's not going to happen.
