Collinsworth is talking about the Eagles like they're a cross between the '85 Bears and the "Greatest Show on Turf"... he even compared Barkley to Faulk and Dickerson.

They're overrated as shit.

They were about 12 yards from blowing a game at home to the Jags, barely beat the Browns at home, needed a 3rd and 20 or some such fluke conversion to pull out a win against the Saints, and looked like warmed over shit for most of the game at home against the Skins last week.

They basically putz around for most of their games and hope Barkley will bail them out as they give him 27 touches a game.

Most of the top teams are in the NFC North so they'll probably be the 2 seed but I think it'd take some very flukey stuff for them to beat Detroit or even SF if they get healthy.
 
Saquon is having an MVP-caliber season much like McCaffrey last year. The problem, just like with McCaffrey last year, is that he's near end of shelf life for a RB (27) and his workload is massive.

We see how that's gone for SF and McCaffrey this year, so good luck with this as a long term strategy.

Yea this is basically the same offense they've had for a few years except with an elite RB added. It's pretty much just Hurts running, throwing 50/50 balls to Brown/Smith along with some slants/in breaking routes, and now Barkley in a relatively simplistic running attack.

They've consistently barely scrapped by thanks to Barkley popping some big plays at the end of tight games against average or worse teams. They haven't beaten a single legit team except maybe Green Bay, but that was a season opener overseas so it's kinda hard to evaluate that.
