The drapes are in place... they use them for concerts, etc. Jerry just refuses to use them for games because he's too stubborn to admit he was wrong not using them before.
They use them for wrestling events…you know STAGED stuff.

Wait maybe this is just the opposite but in reverse.

Not that this is super important, I'm just curious... but when I refresh the page, sometimes the banner is different sizes. Usually it's normal, but sometimes it's much bigger and zoomed in.

Anyone else have this? I'm on Brave browser FWIW. Again, not a complaint, just wondering why that would be.
Yes, that happens, but refreshing fixes it for me.

Purposely architected this in to emulate the WTF-ness of the Joneses.

Unless you're using a high resolution monitor, graphics shouldn't exceed 1050 pixels in width.
Booze and his 640x480 displays shits in your general direction.

I think it's very underappreciated that personnel decisions have sabotaged the trajectory of this team. Much much more than coaching has.

The GM(s) is an (are) incompetent buffoon(s) who has saddled a good coach with a circus atmosphere and a lack of accountability from the roster.

And the QB sucks. Tired of hearing how he's borderline top ten. He's crap. Flush him. He's not even any good if he was on a rookie contract. The play he's put on tape this year is release-worthy.

Those are the two problems.

Head coach is way down the list.

Changing out the coach because "maybe we'll find someone who can survive the first two problems," is the epitome of idiocy, but, it's what we are stuck with.

Keep telling yourself that.

Nothing is changing.

We can have the "can we do better at HC" debate again and the answer is probably not.

It's at worst break even.

It's nice for a year or two but yeah it goes right back to shit after that.

It's all we have, though. It's either that or try to give up the sport because you are broken. It's getting that way for a lot more people but doubt it will matter when Jerry still sees them people running through the doors on Sunday or booked tours to the Star daily.

College football in a weird place. I absolutely think that the athletes deserve more than just tuition and room and board when coaches are making millions, but it just seems broken right now.
You can suck balls in college FB and still pocket a cool million. Luke Dowdy who played for USC is a close family friend and although a phenomenal HS athlete at QB, he didn’t do shit at USC. When he wanted to transfer, USC paid out 890,000.00 to keep him from transferring. Fucking crazy.

I see what people are saying now about athletes staying in college and watering down the NFL draft.

Agreed all around.

They do deserve more than just tuition and board and I've never had a problem with the idea of them being financially compensated.

The problem now is that they're being paid like professionals even before they've proven they can play at the collegiate level.

It never should have gotten to this.
