The Music Thread...

Paul Dianno died. Metal pioneer and was great on Iron Maiden's first two albums. RIP.

Oh, man that sucks. I knew he had been in bad health for quite a while. RIP.

66. Too young.

A couple of years ago, the guys in Maiden either paid for a surgery or all of his medical bills, I forget which. There was a photo of Bruce and Paul together.

That's awesome. I knew he had a go fund me of some sort. I'm glad they rekindled their relationship.

Probably no Linkin Park fans here, but I like this new song with the new vocalist.

The song doesn't do it for me. I was a fan but this doesn't do it for me. Feels like something written by a 12 year old trying to write a Linkin Park song.

I am not a huge music guy. I listen to music occasionally but I don’t really get into it often.

I went to my first live venue this summer. My son had tickets to Sonic Temple Music Festival in Columbus. My favorite and is Breaking Benjamin. The day I went it was Breaking Benjamin, Staind, and Starset along with a ton of others. I had a blast. It is still not my thing and not sure I would go again but it was. A good experience.

Drummer Nicko McBrain announced he will no longer be touring with Iron Maiden. It's not 100% clear but I think he's leaving the band entirely. Shame.
