If that’s the case, then they should be held accountable. Hard to tell from that little snippet tho.

We don't, but in that one clip, he's just standing there cuffed with no way to defend himself and one officer appears to kick him.

That's a bad move no matter how you slice it.

It sure looks like the officer on the right lunges at him and strikes him, with what looks like a kick, and you can see Hill bend his knees afterwards which is a reaction to being hit.

You have better eyes than me. I can't see shit clearly to know what's going on. I mean, I see an officer move forward, but can't tell what he does or why he does it.

Use some binoculars then because the body language of both the officer and Hill clearly suggests he was struck physically.

Exactly.

And because of who it involves, it's going to be made into a very big deal and that cop is going to pay for it.
 
@Texas Ace Admittedly, I was watching the vid on my phone and couldn't really see much. I went and looked on my laptop and enlarged the screen, and can now see what you were talking about. Yeah, that doesn't look good at first look. Still unclear as to what leads up to it, tho. If it was unprovoked, then this guy needs to be punished.

I'm guessing Hill was mouthing off because that's just the vibe that guy gives off.

However, in that one specific clip, he's just standing there while handcuffed while the officer strikes him.

That's not going to be defensible.
