It does seem a bit soon. Even Creed Humphrey thinks he is already there.

I don't know about one great play. Probably one great preseason? But let's face it we all loved the pick when we made it. He has checked off every box since then. He successfully moved to center, he earned his starting spot, he crushed it in preseason. Of course that's all going to lead to the excitement.

Now is he the next Frederick? That's a pretty high fucking bar. But do I feel confident in saying he will be our best center since then? Yeah I feel comfortable saying that. He has more power and movement ability than Biadasz ever had. And the work ethic to match.
 
My biggest hope for the running game this season is with Beebe. Our RBs blow but to have 3 badass guys at LG, center and RG can make your RBs job much easier. There are reasons why some NFL teams can swap through multiple RBs and they all look good. It's because those teams create big holes for those backs.

I can't say I'm crazy about wearing navy at home, but I was glad to finally see some uniform variety that year.

What a glorious season that was.
