I know we're cynical, but you don't think they'll claim someone? Not like it will cost any pie slices.

He is like a lot of players from the Georgia program. This must be one of the real dumb ones who either is physically shot or not even given grace to stick around because of the draft investment.
 


That means he passed through 31 other teams down to KC.

Doubtful. It's possible he'll turn into a useful player but these bottom of the roster guys are usually overrated.

Even if he turns into a useful player it won't be super hard to find a player of similar quality.

Exactly. Not really worried that we missed out on some all pro caliber player here.

We have a couple undrafted safeties on the roster who look pretty good as well. I'm not worried. We seem to find these dudes every year. I think he is a good player but I think we are good at finding these types. He would have been our fifth safety. Assuming Mukuamu is a corner.
