Doesn’t matter how many skill players they have on defense. Obviously if they can’t control the line of scrimmage, and right now there’s no reason to believe this is going be anything other than a total disaster in that department - this team will get crushed.

Yeah, he was going along well there for a while then got too homerish. No idea why he would say our LB group was the best on the team, either. It might be okay, but we have all kinds of questions there.

Didn't say "best"... deepest, energetic, and athletic were the descriptors he used.

The secondary still has the upper hand there unless Micah is included as a LB.

Right, things are a little different with Micah. But otherwise we have a pretty used up Kendricks, Clark who's done nothing, a third round rookie, and another practical rookie coming off a blown out knee. How that's one of the better groups on the team, I have no idea.

This secondary is the deepest and most talented corps they've had since the Super Bowl years.
