Cowboys Nostalgia Thread

Happy Anniversary, guys.

That K-Ball was extra slippery that year.

Several folks had complained about it and I remember a similar muffed snap happened in light snow when Cincy played Denver earlier that year.

The drizzly cold rain in Seattle triggered those same conditions.

Romo throws a better ball and Witten gets the first down

I will never watch that and not be pissed at that little shitstain Grammatica for not even trying to get in the way of Babineaux.

Do we have to post the definition of nostalgia again?

There is not a damn person alive that can convince me outside of Bill Parcells himself that probably he returns if we win that game.

We probably could have taken the Bears out that year in the divisional.

Romo's fuck up was what broke his back. A lot of work all year, no good cannolis and that guy can't even handle a snap on a chipshot FG.

Romo was steps away from hero status .

Agree 1000%.

I think we beat the Bears and go to play the Saints in the championship game at least.

Parcells was partially to blame for playing that game too close to the chest though, cause we should have broken it open earlier and went conservative.

But yeah I think it broke him mentally which is too bad because if he comes back for one more year we probably go 13-3 again and probably avoid the letdown to the Giants too. And then perhaps avoid the whole Wade/Garrett regime.

Parcells should own his part.

He did not trust Romo or the WRs enough to whip the likes of Pete Hunter.

Sad!
