No one is disputing this. Dak has been outstanding since the Chargers game.

Beating elite teams on a consistent basis would make him elite. Maybe any improvement there makes him elite.

Unfortunately, we very consistently never beat elite teams. A fringe playoff team, sure, but never a contender.

Until that happens we can shout out fluff about Dak until we're blue in the face.

Yep. I’ve been thrilled the way Dak has thrown the ball over the last 5-6 games, but you can’t overlook the fact that outside of the Eagles it’s been mostly against mediocre teams.
I’m hoping the rhythm and efficient passing carries over to the big games and it looks like McCarthy is trusting him more and more to go down the field which hopefully pays off in the playoffs.

OK, he's not a football guy. But whatever he is, he knows how to put together some pretty damn good football teams. At the very least, he would have got more value for Cooper, and I doubt he would have traded for Trey Lance.

I think it’s head to head, division record, conference record.

As it stands, I believe they’d win. We’d tie head to head. Both have one loss in the division. We have 3 losses in conference, they’d have 2.

Dak is playing the best among league QBs currently. Not adjusting for strength of opponent and schedule. Tonight will be a good barometer to counter or support the patsy defense/soft schedule theory .
