I actually don't mind his non-aggressive approach to sacking the QB for that very reason. We've seen hundreds of flags negate sacks over mild infractions like a defensive player's pinky grazing the QBs helmet.

Yep or slamming the QB to the ground. Landing with your body weight on the QB. Going below the waist at the QB.

It's fucking hard not to get a penalty sometimes. And this is where you get into refs ability to control a game. Back breaking sack, well odds are one of those rules was broken to at least a slight extent.
 
Why can't the people at DC.com get their shit together? Half the time the PC isn't live on the big site but it is on Youtube. Today the Youtube "video" is dead and it's on the site. Come on, people, this can't be that hard.
 


Amen. If your defense is killing them, then you slow the game down. No reason to gobble up yards, kill TOP and impose a sense of urgency on the offense.
