While I agree the NFL should go to natural grass surfaces league wide, I don't think that's why Rodgers got hurt.

But if that douchebag's injury leads to a change from the league, it will make that injury that much sweeter.

Shows his elite skill really well. Fucking Iamtdg when left totally uncovered can catch passes too.
Damn right I can. I once dove and caught a pass is a pickup football game.

You know though I feel like players will always complain. Haven't we seen games canceled or relocated because the players basically said the natural grass field wasn't in good enough shape? It's sort of like you are damned if you do or damned if you don't. Turf is at least consistent. Grass on the other hand appears to fail us sometimes and players claim that will cause them injury.

There's never going to be full time teams anywhere in Europe except maaaaybe one in London and one in Germany, in our lifetimes at least.

But that's obviously infeasible for a number of reasons, so basically this is just the NFL being it's normal dumbass self.

Americans care way more about soccer than Euros ever will about NFL

The best you could hope for any time soon would be like a team in Canada or Mexico. Logistically I just don't think it's really feasible to have a team whose home is in Europe. You would never be able to get that team to actually be competitive with the rest of the NFL teams. They would be at such a disadvantage because of the travel and I honestly think they would struggle to compete for free agent players to sign there.
