Curtains?

He will never get curtains because I would imagine Jimmy commented once about how curtains could help the players.
That's a great idea. Maybe if Jimmy talked publicly about how great the lack of curtains is, Jerry would put them up.

While it’s no secret that former Kansas State running back Deuce Vaughn is officially the smallest player in the NFL, one former Sooner took to social media to poke fun at the Cowboys’ newest running back.

Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb trolled the young running back by sharing an Instagram story of Aaiden Diggs’, son of Trevon Diggs, cleats and gloves on social media calling out Deuce for leaving “his stuff” everywhere.

While Vaughn’s stature has been a point of emphasis all offseason long for members of the NFL media, Deuce has been impressive in back-to-back games with the Cowboys finding the endzone in two straight.

Despite being one of the best players in college football over the last few seasons, Vaughn’s size was mocked a lot. The former Wildcat ran for 3,604 yard at K-State while adding 43 total touchdowns in three seasons.

With Vaughn finding success at the NFL level, the short jokes will most likely continue regardless of how successful the Cowboys running back proves to be. Deuce joins his father Chris Vaughn, scout for the Cowboys, in Dallas after providing one of the most heartfelt moments of the 2023 NFL Draft.

Great stuff.

We knew those were the two guys, but it's kind of interesting that Mike, the offensive guy and new OC. wanted Mazi.

Also, as Foobio said, I think I'd have taken that third. We don't know how high in the round it was but that's pretty good.

Even though I think Mazi is going to be really good I probably would've taken the 3rd and still ended up with someone like Myles Murphy, Anudike-Uzomah, Nolan Smith, Bresee or Mayer.

But that's based on my own personal view of prospects of course, I totally get the impulse to not want to miss out on a potentially impact 3 down DT given how we've ignored the position historically.

If you trust the rankings no I wouldn't have taken a third.

If you think it's Taco Mazi now after 2 preseason games, than yeah you takenthe third. But that's because you graded the guy all wrong.
Please don't continue Booze's nonsense.

It's interesting that Jerry actually says taking someone like Mazi would help our outside rushers. Wonder if he somehow came to that conclusion on his own, or if he just kind of absorbed it by hearing someone like Quinn or McClay discuss it (more likely).

wasn't Parsons lobbying for a DT during the draft?
