All depends on price. From Cook's perspective it would be an excellent situation. Or at least I think it would be. Pollard is going to split carries. With Zeke out of the picture there are a lot of carries to go around. Plus Pollard is on a one year deal.

The problem is Cook is probably looking at this as his last chance at a good pay day. So he may just go to the highest bidder. I can't blame him.

Yep. I am actually in favor of tanking but not like that. It's not the coaches or players job to tank, they have to try everything they can to win every game. If they didn't tank hard enough it's the GM's fault not the coaches or players. Not to mention, getting the 2nd overall pick is still an excellent position to be in.
